Ranbir Atwal
Hello, I’m Ranbir Atwal, CEO of Realty ONE Group American and a full-time real estate professional since 2004. I am proud to lead a brokerage built on integrity, growth, and long-term relationships. Before entering real estate, I spent 15 years in the high-tech industry. That experience shaped my strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and disciplined approach to business, which are qualities that continue to guide my leadership today. I began my real estate career with a strong focus on new development and new home sales, quickly earning my broker license and launching my own company. Through industry shifts and market changes, including the mortgage evolution of 2008–2009, we adapted, expanded, and built a strong foundation by launching our own mortgage company to better serve our clients. In 2013, we became franchise owners of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest-growing real estate brands in the nation. Since then, we have continued to grow with purpose, building a collaborative culture and supporting agents as they elevate their businesses. I hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from San Jose State University. My passion lies in creating systems, developing people, and building a brokerage where both clients and agents can thrive.

I am a proud wife, mother, and business owner, and I bring that same dedication and care into every client relationship. Real estate to me is about more than transactions.
