About Us


After working in High Tech industry for 15 years, I started my Real Estate career in 2004. It was a challenge at the start, but I had a passion to succeed in this new world. I started working at United Real Estate & Mortgage as an agent, and soon after I got my broker license and started my own company. Initially I was focusing on new development and new homes, which gave me a big boost to establish myself in this magnificent field. In 2008, we merged with American Realty and Business Corp. and started there as the President position. In 2008-2009 there was a major revolution in mortgage industry, we started the mortgage Company American United Mortgage Corp. parallel to fulfill our mortgage need.

As time passed by in 2013 we bought a franchise of the fastest growing Real Estate Company in the Nation, Realty ONE Group. Its great experience working as franchise affiliate and we are going in right direction to grow.

I had a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from India, and then finished my masters in Industrial and System Engineering from San Jose State University in 1995.



Now that my daughter and son are grown up, I enjoy spending time and working with my ONE family and relaxing with my husband. In my spare time I love to read with my book club members and volunteer my services to various non-profit organizations and travel. I am a shopaholic and enjoy teaching and performing Indian folk dance.

I started my career in Real Estate in 2006. Prior to that, I was a Quality Assurance Manager in the medical device company. The job required setting up quality assurance systems and maintaining them throughout the company. Having 13 years of management experience in corporate industry gave me the expertise needed to run a company in the utmost professional manner. I completed my GRI and in addition, I am a Certified Short Sale Specialist, Certified Homebids Agent and a Certified Real Estate Negotiator.

The dream came true when we decided to become a franchisee with Realty ONE Group. What more can an agent ask for when the company offers them more marketing, more coaching, more technology, more commissions and more ONE Culture.



I am a 3rd generation Realtor. My family went into Real Estate in 1958 and I presently have 16 family members in Real Estate. Being raised in Real Estate, the business has been bred into me.
I have worked with and mentored thousands of agents and brokers throughout my career. I have also been associated with Zip Realty, Prudential Ca. Realty, Better Homes and Gardens, Century 21 M&M and MRL Group Inc.

When I made the decision to go into the Real Estate side of business, it was like I came home and it has never felt like work.

I have always been an advocate for Agents; always supporting them and negotiating on their behalf. With the other Brokerages, this was a problem; but I have found a company with the same beliefs here at Realty One Group American.

Interests: Motorcycle Riding, Flying small planes, Motorcycle and Car Drag Racing; Demolition Derby’s, Antique Cars…..



As Agent Services Coordinator at Realty ONE Group American, I love the opportunity to support and help our Agents with their business on a daily basis. More importantly, I believe I am an extension of the service our Agents provide to their Clients.

I have lived in the Bay Area my whole life. Happily married to my best friend & childhood sweetheart Davis. We are blessed with 5 amazing children, as well as 4 grandchildren. I am passionate about my relationship with God, my kids, family and friends. My idea of the perfect day would start with McDonalds coffee and finish with cuddling with my children.

I have always loved the Real Estate Industry. My background consists of an Administrative Assistant at Commonwealth Land Title, then to Escrow Assistant. Now I am honored to be part of such a wonderful company as Realty ONE Group American with Ranbir Atwal, Ruby Waraich and Joe Bega. We look forward to meeting you…



Antonette, Ann or Etta to family and friends, born and raised in the Philippines. Have been in the US for more than two decades, a proud & dedicated wife and mom to one child Paul Cody Llanza.

My career in Real Estate started in 1996 when I was hired to be the Admin Asst. at Re/Max Premier Network in Palo Alto CA. Left that office to become a state employee at State Compensation Insurance Fund (workers comp) for more than 11 years only to come back doing my first love—REAL ESTATE.

I am a CAR certified transaction coordinator and working with agents is what I love. Inspired and more motivated this time around, while helping agents with all their paperwork and timelines in the past few years, I started reviewing and eventually got licensed very recently. I also a Ceritied Homebids Agent. To many who’ve known me in this business, this was looooong coming but for me, I guess God has the reason why he wanted me to be where I am now and I believe that this is just the right timing and that real estate is where I belong and my real calling.



I started my career as an Administrative Assistant and became everyone’s favorite in the office very soon. One of the senior Loan Processor at the time compelled me to start my loan processing career and I have never looked back. This is what I have been dong for the past 13 years.

I am a happily married wife and mom to three beautiful children, son 19 years and two daughters aged four and one. I enjoy collecting shoes and matching them to my clothes everyday.

My passion is to help all my loan agents from structuring to closing their loans successfully. I am always available to help and support all agents on any loan questions that they might have. I oversee that your loans are all completed in a timely manner by trying to reduce your stress and advising you on how to submit the paperwork to lenders in an accurate manner.
